PC or Laptop (cont)

I have come to the next thought pattern in my quest. Explanation: My mind has this way of going on a tangent and thinking seemingly random things until it gets to something that should be important, then it sort of goes into a holding patten like an aircraft. Here it is:

As cool as a laptop would be, I would basically be buying it for work. In which case the company should at least subsidise if not buy on my behalf. Not to mention the fact that a laptop is literally double the price of a desktop... with no graphics card...

So my opinion has once again swivelled towards the gaming PC.

I also recently read an article about Next-Generation consoles where they explain the new processor chips and it sounds like console games will become ever more boring and PCs will be the only system capable of complex gameplay at reasonable performance levels...

Who knows. I've given myself until next month to make up my mind. If by then I have no concrete decision I will wait for X-mas.
